Lemtrada- immune system recovery?

My understanding of Lemtrada (in very simple terms) is that it kills part of your immune system so it cannot attack your brain / spinal cord, and when that part of your immune system grows back hopefully it stops attacking. Question I have is around how long (ball park) it would takes for your immune system to tow back and be fully functional again ?

Good point! I have wondered the same. and do you have to be in a "protective" bubble until your immune system kicks in? and what about all the good immunities a person has built up for ex. Chicken pox? Measles? Etc.?

@PV04

I had my first monthly post Lemtrada tests today and asked the sister - she said should be back up and running in 3-4 months.
