Ill health retirement
Been lucky, after cognitive problems at work, not helpful for a policy engineer, was assessed externally, they recommended I'll health retirement, my then boss, put me forward, largely unbeknownst to me, and it was granted, got an email on Monday, I was being retired on Thursday, that was a year ago, what year that's been.
You gotta concentrate on you !! Claim what you can ,it’s not your fault you got ill ,don’t beat yourself up about it is what I’ve learned ,I was dismissed over a year ago things can improve !
Yes, been an interesting year, sorted PIP and ESA out, spent out on getting some needed adaptations undertaken, now just settling in to being retired 😀
