RRMS to SPMS?

Urm. First time I've wrote on here but I don't know this thought has been biting off my head. Does a continuous progression in symptoms like the inability to walk etc but no increase in lesion number mean that my MS has gone from relapse remitting to secondary progressive....
@Stumbler

@nawal_ibrahim , personally, I find the transition to Secondary Progressive (SPMS) to be a subjective issue. But, the bottom line is that Relapsing Remitting MS (RRMS) is characterised by relapses, flare-ups of new symptoms, followed by a period of remission, where you experience a full/partial recovery of the new symptoms. Here's a couple of links about (SPMS) :- https://support.mstrust.org.uk/file/secondary-progressive-ms-introduction.pdf https://support.mstrust.org.uk/file/secondary-progressive-ms.pdf

Thank you for the two links @stumbler 🙂 The information from the two was great. Makes me believe that I have progressed as I've hardly had a relapse and worsened. Anywho thank you very much 🤗
