The fatigue is killing me

Hi. I’ve just had my first Ocrevus infusion. The fatigue is killing me slowly. I’ve got no energy and the only thing I’m able to do is laying on the sofa or sleeping. The current heatwave doesn’t help. What’s your experience with Ocrevus?
