Vitamin d
Hey, just wondered if anyone has experienced anything similar or might know of any reasons why? My nurse recommended that I start taking vitamin d. I've been taking it for about a month but experiencing really bad headaches. Some days I've not taken it due to the headaches and I've been ok.
Hi lyndsay, I've been taking vitamin d from the very beginning. I've never had any issues with the tablets. 4000iu is the dose. I ordered from amazon. Smallest pills ever.
It take 2 tablets of multivitamins(vit d, vit d3) every day. It sounded silly at first but it as calmed my ms alot. It really has. it really does help. I get headaches and migrains regular jst from the MS and MS optic neuritis. try or another brand from shop or dr . But jst want to let you know the vit D does help me . And iburophen for head aches and migrains, hope u stick at it Allbest
