‘You shouldn’t breed’

Anyone else get highly f*cked off when people spread misinformation about the genetic link in MS? Plus the idea that a parent with MS would be less than and is selfish for wanting to have children!? I have enjoyed my life, I am still enjoying my life at 29, 2 years post diagnosis. Had my parents had a crystal ball, I’m pretty sure they would have still have had me. What is this ableist crap! 😠

Hi i think some people are stupid that's a nice way of putting it! when I was first diagnosed so many friends said I would have to start eating better because I was a vegetarian!! I wanted to smack them, so don't listen to other people do what you want, think my daughter would rather have me with ms than not.

@louise_christie , it is crap, isn't it? We're just like the naysayers really, we've both got incurable conditions. Ours is called MS, there's is called ignorance!!!
