Evening all! 👋 So, after getting a high titre reading for JCV and being on Tysabri for 3 years, I have reluctantly made the decision to switch DMTs! I just could not stop thinking about the “what ifs” in relation to PML. I am not starting on Kesimpta! I had my last infusion on 8th March - and have been told I will be starting Kesimpta in June sometime! Slightly worried about the in between periods! Has anyone else done this transition?? And what was your experiences of this? Struggling to find much info on the web! Thanks ☺️ x
