Edit: I was actually taking plegridy with much success and it was working wonderfully until I had to resume treatment after pregnancy, neuro advised that as plegridy is a fairly new interferon I should move on to an oral form of medication.

I found this the first few months, at site of injection but then my eczema would really play up, I took a piriton for a few days after which seemed to help
