Tysabri side effects? Pelvic pain

Anyone on tysabri and experience pelvic pain getting worse after each infusion? I will say I do have endometriosis and adenomoysis so my pain is flared often but every time after the infusions it flares badly for 2-3 days like clockwork and I don’t know how to stop it and my neuro isn’t sure and advise we could change treatments but my scans are stable so I’m not keen to go off tysabri at this point.

Hi @Lanah I know this is an old post but it’s the only one here so far that resonates with my current issue! I’ve switched treatments recently to tysabri. First infusion was fine the second one was a bit of an ordeal. They had to stop it half way as I was getting really painful abdominal pain/back pain and end up sick. Weirdly enough I was having these issues the week before as I am under investigation for endometriosis and they think I’m just flaring up again due to that and not as an allergic reaction to the drug. What did you do in the end? I’m a bit worried about my 3rd infusion as I don’t want pain like that again! Did it settle down? I’m also wondering if I keep going with it my body will get used to it and also if I treat the endo that will also help. The joys of being a woman….
