This in an interesting post as one of the doctors who had MS himself and wrote a book advocates a plant based diet. Is there an evidence base behind your suggestion? I’m vegan anyway so wouldn’t be something I would do but I love reading any research around it.

Neuro said, (& gp) that there's nothing i can or can't eat to influance my ms. I asked this, because a "friend" sugested i might "helped" myself getting ms in the first place, or at least made my symptoms worse by not eating meat since i was 12. Im not vegan, btw. I should not develop a guilt-complex because of some comments made by people who (i hope,) mean well, but didnt do their homework. Just eat healthy, make sure there's a good balance between all the nutrients. Like all people should. And a "frietje kapsalon" (vegi) every month or so, doesn't kill you. (Look it up in translate, its horrible unhealthy)
