Hi everybody from Bonnie Scotland 🏴. I am flying from Edinburgh to Belfast at the end of the month. How do I transport the hundreds of drugs I take. Can I put them in a pill box or does security need to see the actual box? TIA Karen xx
@Kaz06 Yes, you can put them in a pill box, and no security doesn't need to see the box. If you want, you could take a list of your current prescribed medication but I have never been stopped by security over my drugs when flying. There are loads of other people doing the same thing. Make sure you take your drugs in your hand luggage, in case any luggage going in the hold goes astray.
It’s a domestic flight, no passport control just the scanner in security. So highly unlikely they will open your bag to see them (unless one of your “hundreds of drugs” is metamphetamine and the sniffer dogs catch you out 😂 )
