Shift.ms is better if you're logged in

I've been on Kesimpta about 6 months now and wow has it been helpful. Six months ago I could barely move and now after being able to heal I can nearly run. But I always find that the week before my injection, especially in the three or four days leading to the shot, my symptoms always end up getting more severe. Is this something others experience? Any tips? I've heard of the crap gap with ocravus, is this similar? I always feel better again after my shot.
