Hi I was offered kesimpta or ocrevus after tecfidera caused my lymphocytes to drop through the floor. That was just unlucky for me though as I know tecfidera works really well for lots of people. Have you asked your nurse or doctor why they only offered you one DMT? I thought you usually get offered at least two to choose from.

I'm starting kesimpta soon but was only offered it because tecfidera and ocrevus failed. Kesimpta and ocrevus are in a higher category than tecfidera (gilenya and mavenclad are in the same category as tec I believe) so that might explain why you aren't being offered them, at least not until you've given tecfidera or similarly effective treatments a try.
