Cymbalta

Hi all, first post. I'm 22 and slogging through the long and troublesome diagnostic process to figure out what's going on. My strong suspicion is MS, but my objective clinical indicators are either barely there or nonexistent — I have small demyelinated lesions and speckled ANA blood titer, but that's all. Spinal fluid clear, nerve speed normal, even cognition hanging on well save some fatigue/brain fog. I continue to suspect MS because my mother has it and hers presented identically even when it became very severe. It took her 15 years to be diagnosed. My neurologist just started me on Cymbalta (duloxetine) for neuropathy. I was briefly on antidepressants in the past for depression, but this is my first time taking a mood-altering drug for pain. I've never taken an SNRI before. Does anyone have experience with Cymbalta for MS treatment? Any side effects I should be on the look for? Thanks in advance.

@isa_elfers , Duloxetine is a recommended drug in the UK for neuropathic pain. I tried it for a while but it didn't work for me. No problems, just didn't help the neuropathic pain
