Ultimatums 💔 How did you choose?

I have started using my contacts for the first time since my diagnosis. It’s so nice being able to see clear. However, since being able to see clearer I’m noticing the vertigo, eye flutters, and dizziness returning. It’s almost I have to choose to see the world fuzzy or feel sick 😞 Also, can someone fill me in on Social Security Disability? I’m trying to weigh out the pros and cons. I’m already struggling and I just don’t know if I can keep a job and it scares me. I can’t even visit my family without becoming exhausted or trying to keep up with a conversation. I used to be a teacher and I miss it. Any incite would be great.

vertigo, dizziness, eye flutter please change your cooking oil to olive oil forever., the symptoms will disappear. for fatigue listen to the podcast I put here: https://youtu.be/T2wYmbCjZMM?si=Bc9A818gsBV9_VTn also for fatigue, tiredness, speed trouble, spasms, tremors, I used splina, you can find it on Amazon or google it. for your brain as a teacher, you will need extra strength brain focus, it very good for cognitive function,. to keep a job, yes you can only if you follow all the instructions I put here. Also change your diet, no more processed foods, no dairy, no gluten anymore . And exercise regularly. and make sure you sleep especially in the night you have a good sleep. I did all of that to be able to keep my job since 2021 because I was diagnosed in 2021. Also find yourself the wahls protocol and read it, it’s a very good book that I used, it will help you a lot.

How are you with glasses rather than contacts? I sometimes feel a bit queasy wearing mine, but figure I can take them off quickly if I need to. I'm no neurologist but I guess increased vision clarity means more information for the brain to process. So, it might be a case of letting the vision bits of the brain get used to the increased load incrementally. I'm just thinking that if I was training to run a marathon, I wouldn't run 26 miles in my first training session but build it up gradually. Maybe try glasses for a bit, then once you're OK with them, switching back to contacts, perhaps?
