Weird lower back pain

Hi!! I'd like to ask your opinion on my lower back pain that concern me a bit, but probably I'm just scared. Saturday suddenly I started to have lower back pain and in matter on 1 hour or 2 I had problem to bend and whe I stand up I had to took a bit standy for start to walk with legs, hips and arms pain. Now it's kind of better, but this sore back cause me forhead pain and pressure, I have cognitive problems as well related with this and sometimes a kind of nausea and feeling of freezing. I just had a call for other reason with my GP and I told him what is going on. He said it could be normal for a back pain and he doesn't think it's MS related especially because the visit with my neurologist on 2 weeks ago went fine. Can you please give your opinion and what you suggest? Thank you! Giorgia

@Gio92 I have never had that kind of sudden back pain , but what make me think MS might be to blame is your reference to “freezing”. I have a lot of temperature regulation/ dis-regulation issues with my MS and every day I have periods of freezing attacks where my whole body feels like touching ice. I have even taken my temperature and found that my body temp drops a couple degrees during these periods. It’s more than just being cold. It feels like icy cold burning. So, I would support your theory that this is neurological/MS related —-not just a pulled muscle . It is worth calling your neurologist for his/her opinion, at least. I hope this symptoms backs off. I will say, there are lots of times when I think I’m doing rather poorly, but as long as my in-office tests (functional walking/ balance/ coordination) go well, my doctor says “you are looking great!”. And I always leave feeling a bit discouraged because there is nothing else I can do for my pain, fatigue and icy cold 🥶sensations.)

@Criscross21 hi! Thanks for your answer. Yes, it's like if the neurological test is fine means we don't have nothing to worry about or the pain we have is nothing. I have the same feeling of fatigue from weeks but they don't do anything. I even tried to ask for which supplement I can take and how much to feel better. They said that as I have a balanced diet I don't need vitamins 🙄... I phoned my MS Nurse and they suppose the sore back is not linked with the new cognitive symptoms I have (I started to have weird cognitive problems so I choose to phone immediatly) and they suppose the cold feeling I had and headhache is because I've probably a bug or an infection in the body. In this case it's explained the symptoms otherwise I need to them back.
