Knees with a will of their own

Any one else have knees that just bend by themselves? Strangely enough it generally happens when I am at home not walking out and about, it doesn't make me fall or anything like that it's just my knees (more so my right but my left as well) just bend by themselves while I'm walking around my home??

I experience the same thing, almost daily, my knees a permanently cold though, is it a circulatory maybe? Exercising and stretching it out often, just building up the strength.

@JamesYates I don't experience the coldness.. I. generally trying to get fitter going to classes ect so I am waiting to see if strengthening helps too.
