Talk to your MS doctor and they will help you with the process for finding the right medication to help treat your MS. My understanding is that there are some medications out there that do treat SPMS. Take care

Hello @Ekwe1234. There is a new drug available for SPMS. It's not stable for everyone, but it's the first time a medication is effective so it's a good start. It's called Siponimod. But there are lots of medications to treat symptoms, which your MS nurse of neurologist should go through with you. All the best
