The MSing Link: The Essential Guide to Improve Walking, Strength & Balance for People with Multiple Sclerosis Brilliant book (Amazon) written by Dr Gretchen Hawley, a US-based physical therapist who is an expert in helping people with MS. Website: https://www.drgretchenhawley.com/ (and lots of youtube videos). She is brilliant and has given me hope that I can improve my strength and mobility and reduce my fatigue. I first did the 5 day challenge which is free (there are also 2 free webinars). Dr Gretchen explained so clearly that exercises for MS people have to be different to "regular" exercises. Nothing weird here, just very clear teachings and demonstrations. The 5 day challenge includes a sample lesson. At the end she gives you a special price for the 4 week challenge (40 videos).
