Cog fog???

I think I'm recognizing the "cog fog." I've been up since 9 this morning and I feel like "I'm still trying to wake up." I feel like it takes a lot of effort just to focus on anything or concentrate. Just a constant mental haziness. That's the best way to explain it. Who can relate?
@watsoncraig

When someone you know but you can’t remember their name or a word escapes you, it’s Cogfog not stupidly. Think of it this way, if you are of a certain vintage, you will have used Windows95, if a computer has Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 10 internet browsers open then you open up calculator you got the “spinny egg timer”. Cogfog is just like that and sometimes you sit down, have a drink of water and things become clearer, you remember their name or that word. When the “spinny egg timer” appears you have a choice to wait (less than patiently), give it the 3 finger salute (CTRL, Alt and Delete together) or switch it off then on again (reset). So when the Cogfog strikes you have the choice, rest and rehydrate, have a nap or go to bed. Having all those things open will cause problems and you will learn YOUR limitations (eg walking, talking and swallowing) YOU can live life happier. You don’t need to remember Hugh’s, who you were at school with years ago, name or that 549/7 = 78.4285714, you need to function to YOUR abilities and take the measures that you need to. You don’t want the “spinny egg timer to appear
