Hamish decided he wanted HSCT for his MS sooner rather than later. Rather weirdly the current protocol in Scotland requires that he get worse - irrecoverably worse - before he can have HSCT. Upon further digging he found out that in Scotland this 'path' was theoretical, even non-existent. It's still a postcode lottery folks.
