My life is scary I just had this diagnosis and I'm scared to death

This is all new to me had a stroke and then I was diagnosed with MS I'm only 45 and I have my stroke two days after my 45th birthday I'm very scared I don't understand it it's crazy I'm always in pain since May 20th I don't even know what to do with myself at times I'm scared

It is scary. but know you are not alone. find support (family, friends, support groups, doctors etc) and it will start to get better. Fear is something humans have a tough time managing but remember it is healthy as its trying to tell you something. listen to it by finding support and not allowing it to control you.

Thank you I just moved to Kentucky I have no family or friends out here after my stroke I was stuck here
