Dizziness/Vertigo

I’m getting serious bouts of dizziness almost every morning. I’ve tried cutting down things that are strenuous (I’m a sheep farmer and also full time career for my non-verbal eleven year old) but the dizziness seems to happen regardless at about the same time every day. It’s always combined with a hissing noise in my ears and every part of my body feels super heavy. Vision not very sharp either. So far, going to lay down is the only cure and I always just zonk off to sleep immediately, usually for around 1.5 hours. I’m really frustrated because I have so many things that I want and need to do. I know/hope that this will eventually pass, but right now it’s getting me down. I don’t want to go for midday naps, I want to get on with life. I know this is a common symptom, so how do other MS people manage? Today, I tried plugging myself into a meditation app instead of sleeping, but I fell asleep anyway which doesn’t usually happen so early in the day (I usually sleep very soundly at night time). Yesterday I had to put off visitors because I was so dizzy and exhausted and I know they don’t understand and think it’s suspiciously random when they see how active I am the rest of the time. I know I can’t help what people think, but I’m starting to avoid planning nice things because I’m frightened that I will have to let people down. Any experience or advice would be great m thank you X
