Massage
Wondering if anyone can tell me if it’s ok to get a massage with MS? Maybe it’s a silly question, but just thinking about MS being related to damage to the layer around the spinal cord and wondering if massage could be a bad idea?

Hiya, I get massages all the time at an MS therapy centre; they wouldn't offer it if it were dangerous. Before that I'd been to a 'high street' masseur was a right wimp when he found out o had MS. But the therapy centre understand neuro issues and do it really well. I'd really recommend contacting your local MS therapy centre. It gives me great relief!!
My boyfriend is a massage therapist. I get them like every other week. It helps with some of my discomfort. I’d speak to your doctor and if there’s no reason not to get one then I highly suggest it.
