Exercise and Diet

Hi everyone, I hope everyone is doing well and keeping busy. 😁 I have experienced a bit more fatigue than usual lately I haven't really changed my exercise regime up but I am currently eating less calories just to shed some body fat and I'm getting worried that this placing a little bit to much strain on my body. last week I had significant tremors in my left hand and some light co ordination issues. I went back to eating more and everything returned to normal. has anyone experienced this before? I do realise it might just be I need more food and it may not be MS related but long term dropping of calories could this be seen as dangerous? Best regards Brando.

@brando you mentioned you reduced calories but did you continue to eat healthy nutritious food? It’s good things went back to normal but losing excess weight should only be positive for ms.

@Stumbler

@brando , I can understand your desire to lose weight and applaud your efforts. However, it does sound like you may be overdoing it in certain areas. It's OK reducing your calorific intake, but you may be depriving yourself of required nutrition. It may be worthwhile rethinking your dieting strategy...........
