Neck pain/upper back pain

I have mentioned this before but I’m after opinions. Put simply, can MS be a direct cause of upper back/neck pain, stiffness? Iv been to everyone from physios/neuro physios, drs, Chiropractors. I’m at my wits end with the pain. No pain killers touch it. I’d like to know if taking some sort of neuro medication could potentially help which is why I’d like to know if my pain is ms related. Thanks in advance. I would ask my neurologist/ms nurse but as I’m sure you’ve experienced since covid it’s harder than ever to get help from anyone.

Hello Blagaman, I, too have neck pain but more stiffness than anything. I was told by my Neuro it's all part of MS, (I have PPMS). It's difficult to turn my head quickly and I find myself shifting my whole upper body instead of relying on my neck only. Best wishes to you.....

Thanks for your reply. Is your thoracic spine tight too? That’s where all my tightness comes from it’s hard to know what to do or who to speak too so frustrating but I’m in pain everyday and don’t know where to turn.
