Exercise bike
Hi all
Does anyone on here use an exercise bike? I have just acquired one from a family member as I really want to do more exercise. But I have no idea how long I should be on it for or anything? Any tips? :D

yes i have an exercise bike i first started doing 5 minutes than just a started doing longer it's really good for your legs,i have also a cross trainer which is i was always active before i got diagnosed with ms but never went to the gym so i have to force myself to use the exercise bike but it's worth the effort
I have a recumbent exercise bike (the seat has a back!) that I use. Just remember that there is no amount of time you "should" do. Do as much as feels right for you! I start small, and keep going if I feel I can. Some days it's only 5 minutes for me, but I remind myself that any movement is a good thing :)
