How to access complimentary therapies

Does anyone know a good starting point to access complimentary therapies more cheaply???? I am interested in acupuncture and massage but am unable to access my local MS drop in centre as it is held on a day that I work...and seeing as I live in Hull there are no MS therapy centres near here - the nearest is over an hour away by car. I would love to try these complimentary therapies in conjuction with my tysabri but the cost is a bit prohibitive - any ideas greatly appreciated
@ophelia

There is a centre in huddersfield called the nerve centre that I've heard offers alternative therapies. Little bit of a distance, about an hour and a bit down the M62 but worth a try?xx

thanks ophelia - its a bit too far to travel the way things are at the moment on my own, bladder and all...and the way petrol prices are going it would probably be cheaper to pay full whack privately in Hull - thanks for the tip tho xx
