so currently I hospital due to cellulitis and MS having an argument inside my body! Have posted similar to this on fb pages so copied and pasted with some editing. So was seen by a dr earlier who advised blood tests are showing a marked improvement in infection markers. But they are going to discuss me with pain team as no meds the ward have given help (oral morphine, codiene, buprenorphine patches) help with pain. Have since seen one nurse who works with pain team and they are going to discuss with the team and also my neurologist (re MS). The nurse doesent know what pain meds next as been on loads of different ones with no help or side effects. Wondering whats next and how long it will be till i hear anything (bank holiday here tomorrow). the dr also mentioned about how I may need a long term catheter. Which im apprehensive about as I only wear/own shorts. Dr also mentioned briefly how I may need a Package of Care in place. just wondering as to whether anyone experience similar with PoC or long term catheter
