Does anyone else get spells where is constant headaches and dizziness that you feel you will faint? It is partly my fault I guess, I work stupid hours- full time as a secondary school teacher then do 4.15-8.30pm every day apart from Fridays and Saturdays tutoring to save money 😞 this disease is so unpredictable I’m terrified for finances and I’m pushing myself so hard but I feel so crap 😞 also having a toddler so guilty.
