Struggling!

Anyone else REALLY struggling?! I normally work 37.5hrs a week as a Navigator for a charity in county Durham. I travel all over the county meeting people and helping them break down personal barriers which are stopping them getting towards or in to the work force. Now I'm home. Symptoms have gone absolutely insane and I'm experiencing muscle spasms and fatigue like I've never known before. Basically, I feel like shit and I'm getting on my own nerves. Oh....and if I find out the menopause has started as well, I'm running away 😃

If you're not used to a work-from-home, introverted lifestyle, the stress of the lockdown is liable to make your MS flare up, which in turns creates more stress, and so on. I would recommend you: -Structure your space: have a place/desk/corner of the kitchen table dedicated to work, separate from your home life. Get dressed in the mornings, etc. -Structure your time: clearly delineate "work" and "home" activities in your schedule, and stick to it. Establish a routine if you do not have one already. -Take care of your body: Don't let the circumstances preclude you from healthy eating and exercising. -Take care of your mind: self-isolate from news media, meditate, journal. Having stable self-care habits is paramount. More on this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jMG30Oo4RrI

Yes, same @sarah_menday, no work, no routine and structure, suddenly symptoms are all over the place. Also, millions of people are sat at home, no working, yet knackered and lacking in energy. Putting on weight, bored etc etc. So we're all in the same boat, but us MSers also have that additional, lovely 'extra' on top of everything else.....
