New to Shift… Hi all

Hi everyone, I’m new to Shift, so not quite sure what I’m doing haha, but here goes… I got diagnosed officially about a year ago and yesterday MS beat me! I had to have a day off work too exhausted and numb to get out of bed. I just wanted to know how you keep going when you feel like it’s taking over?! I realise I’m lucky that I can still work and it doesn’t take over all day every day but it feels like it might do one day…

well I believe taking care of your health avoiding unhealthy things plays s factor.
not thinking or worrying about it too just keep living with the same determination never think you are weaker than others
MS os peaceful enough to remit lol most illnesses dont
i work evening shift looking for s full time job 16 yrs after diagnose
not for money but because I’m fully healthy not disabled want to waste time on useful thing
if it caused a relapse dont panic try to move whatever thing effected gently and do physio x sorry for rumbling
