Hi, my fingers become cold and numb regularly now. I don't take any medication, infection my consultant has discharged me saying I know more about MS than they ever will. Sorry back to the point. I just touch my fingers one at a time to my thumb and back several times to try and stop them from seizing up. Helps sometimes
