I really want to know if there is any new medication for SPMS yet.as I've now gone from RPMS to SPMS.and doctors dont seem to be offering me any ongoing medication for progression of my ms. Which I really feel is important. This is the first times I've posted. I was diagnosed when I was 21 and in 43 now with three kids who are all autistic. Which makes life even more interesting. I had my kids after I was diagnosed too. But didnt expect my kids to have autism. I often wonder if theres a connection.
