MS symptoms at conception... ladies
hi ladies...
I have a question for those who have had children. When you conceived, did old MS symptoms flare up, but not into a relapse?
thanks

I have to say on all my pregnancies my ms disappeared from moment of conception. That's actually how I realised I was pregnant, my ms would miraculously disappear overnight. Then I'd buy a test and sure enough I was growing a new love. Never got a bad relapse after the birth of my children just got more fatigued /exhausted 6 or 7 months later. Only bad relapse was on my angel who left me at 4.5 months....... So yeah pregnancy and ms for me personally is a blessing xxxx
hi @sorcha_finnegan, thank you for your response. I'm so happy to hear your MS hasn't caused you problems with your pregnancies. I'm very sorry to hear of your angel, that would be enough to give anybody a relapse I believe. The reason I asked is because i'm 2 and a half years post Lemtrada and it has worked wonders for me. I have very few problems now. But yesterday I woke up with a slight twinge I my eye, similar to the feeling I had with optic neuritis years ago. But there's no actual visual issues, just a twinge, and its still there today. So I wondered if my body was trying to tell me something xxx
