MS hug

Hi there, Can anyone tell me what the ms hug feels like? I’ve been having pain across my chest for a few days, especially when I bend down or when I’m reaching to get something. Not sure if it’s the ms hug or ice just pulled a muscle through work! Thank you ☺️

@asht1994, Hello & welcome. Now & again I receive the MS hug (as whoever branded this name,) but I've never experienced pain so far as I'm aware & I stand corrected if otherwise, there is no pain. MS hug around my stomach which interferes with food intake. A couple of times it shifted to the ribs extremely tight interfering, you feel with breathing, however in not panicking doing some slow breathing exercises I learned to cope. I hope this elevates soon for you as it is rather uncomfortable. Many hugs. Jane 💜
