Joining Gym?

Hey guys, Do you think it would be ok to join a gym? Some of my symptoms are tremors and balance. I plan on bulking up for holiday and I cant see any other way of doing it. I have been doing various exercises for my balance problems so I hope these will help. Thanks in advance, Matt

Hi Matt I don't see why there should be a problem - my GP was enthusiastic about it when I suggested it to her after my DX. Notice that I only "Suggested it", I haven't actually joined one yet. Therefore my wife would probably now be even more enthusiastic than my GP was back then, as I would possibly loose some of the 10Kg I've put on since I stopped smoking a couple of years ago. Go to my local gym, and with a combination of pumping iron and whey protein have found muscles in places that I didn't know had muscles. I've found it definitely helps my symptoms. The only downside to whey protein is that it makes me very tired, so don't operate any machinery after having some! ;)
