Holistic Approach

Hi everyone,
Just wondering if anyone has taken a holistic approach to their symptoms? Like diet, supplements etc? Even acupuncture?
Something I’m very interested in and keen to find out more about ๐Ÿ™‚

Reflexology was suggested to me not that i had it but makes sense. I did the spiritual approach over the years . Buddism, chi gong and mindfulness. This made me a better person and faced my fears with a calmer acceptance. I believe. Food is your powerhouse but unfortunately, I grab what I can.
