Been on one Gilenya tablet a day for 5+ years. All good except for lymphocytes at 0.5 most of the time. Neurologist happy with 0.5 but uneasy if it goes lower. He called last week to recommend taking a tablet every other day to try and get the count up a bit, just in case it gets worse and to try and build up my immunity. He doesn’t want me to stop completely as this might cause an attack.
