cranio-sacral

I have just started this treatment and it is for vague ms symptoms (walking, talking balance) and am just wondering what others experiences have been with cranio-sacral as a treatment.

BTW I have not made any progress with meds.

@robin_geneau , the following article from a couple of years ago is inconclusive :-

But, we’re all different, so it might work for you. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. 😉

Oh thank you so much for the article! I had not seen it and it is very helpful to me.

Nothing ventured nothing gained eh? Well it is pleasant and my private insurance pays for it. So I think I’ll keep going:)

I appreciate the speedy reply!

I haven’t but anything that feels good is a bonus. I’d embrace the experience. Good luck. x

Hello @robin_geneau, I’ve been having cranio-sacral massage and manipulation for years, before and after diagnosis. At the very minimal, it gives such a feel good feeling that it’s worth it. Going to the same practitioner means they fully understand the way your body works. So I’m a big fan!
