2nd day going to work I've wet myself

Luckily had a change of clothes on me, but if my toilet routine is changed for any reason (train delays or early hospital appointment) my bladder (and jeans) are buggered if the location of the nearest wheelchair accessible toilet is unknown to me or not available. Am on the waiting list for PTNS, a kind of nerve stimulation which is meant to help those with frequency issues, but it seems like my bladder is not prepared to wait!

Fair play to you, DJ, for holding your hand up to this problem. Do you have a local incontinency support, via your MS Nurse? They can discuss medication and see whether a conveen (condom catheter) would provide the security and reassurance that you may need.

Yeah, am in touch with local incontinency support. They provide me with useless pads, as my accidents are too overpowering! Have tried Vesicare and Oxybutynyn, but both seem to disable me more than provide any real benefits..... Neurology Urology support at the hospital recommended the acupuncture style PTNS, but there is a huge waiting list. Not sure if my recent episodes qualify me for moving up the list ;)
