Fumbling with my words

Anyone ever have a conversation and you try saying something and it’s like the words will not come out. It’s hard to explain I guess. I’ll be talking and I’m fumbling with my words and then nothing comes out. I get so frustrated with myself. I feel like people probably think I’m an idiot 🤦🏻‍♀️

Foot drop

Does anyone have any tips on how to deal with foot drop? My right foot has gave out on me twice in two weeks when I have been walking. My nurse says it’s foot drop & that was it. Is there anyways to try & get it to stop or calm down before I do eventually fall over. I also manage to save myself ...
