Hi I've applied for a blue badge I was just wondering how long it takes as I've not heard anything in weeks nearly a month... Is this normal?

From memory @W1lkes it can take anything from 6-8 weeks. I wouldn't worry at this point.
Email said it takes 6-8 weeks. Can depend on your council but Iād wait it out
