I took 10,000iu daily on advice from GP. My bloods are checked every 6mths. I was on the upper limit so lowered my dose to 7,000.

Started at 1000 then 5000 and now 6000 and been at that since February. Another stabbing appointment comming up so might end up higher again after that.
