Is this Optic Neuritis?

Hi All, I've been suffering from bad neck pain ( back left) which is going up into my head (also back left). I have slightly foggy vision in left eye too. Does this sound like ON? I've never experienced this before and the neck and head pain is really sore. It's worth noting i've been on antibiotics too for an infection..

Hey Tiff! Sorry to hear you’re not feeling well. I’ve had optic neuritis twice. Both started with blurry vision and almost like a flashing in my eye. The first time it caused me to loose all my vision in my right eye and the second time just blurred and colour loss in the left eye! I did experience some pain behind the eye, i’d deffo get it checked by the eye clinic or neurologist as they can treat it with steroids to hurry up your vision coming back! Also make sure you get lots of rest as this helps ☺️ Hope you feel better soon!
