When you can't get up

When life had knocked you down you can't get back up, what do you do.. what do you do. All I want to do is stay in bed I'm hurting so bad the pains cramps and stiffness is worse than ever nothing is working I can't even sleep. I have an appointment with the pain clinic at the end of this month but not holding out much hope that they can help.. I've tried tens, acupuncture. Aps therapy, leg massage and cupping, yoga tread mill almost everything I have thought of I've tried.. I've tried everything a physio would do.. For 22 years I've been a care assistant in many places so I've seen and done with other ms patients the exercises & stretching they needed but nothing is relieving these pains.. This is not living it's torure. Oh I'm so ranting today ?
@cameron

Well, staying in bed would seem the best option today and probably tomorrow. Can you make things a bit nicer by having some foodie and bath treats? Anything to get the cortisol whizzing round your body to reduce and get some endorphins going! Because on top of the MS, your stress levels will be making it all worse. Big, big hugs. xx Kay

@scooby76 , one thing that we can't do in that situation is give up. That's easy for me to say as I'm not in your position. But, you must be aware of the "use it or lose it" philosophy These muscles need some movement, to produce some heat, to provide some relief. But, can I ask what pain medication you take?
