Anxiety

I just wanted to share a tidbit I got from a show called The Doctors. They said there was a new study released that if people ruminating after failing at something would refer to themselves as You instead of I greatly decreases their anxiety levels. So when your scolding yourself say something like "You should have done better" not "I should of done better". They didn't have a clue why this worked but I know that MSers can be hard on themselves and suffer from anxiety. I hope this helps someone. Potter
