Symptomatic EBV/Glandular fever reoccurring?

Not having a great 2022! Having been unwell for four weeks, with fever, extreme fatigue, sore throat my GPs have now just tested my blood for a symptomatic reoccurrence of EBV which I obviously had symptomatically when I was a teenager and then it lies dormant, but apparently it can reoccur in the immunosuppressed.... wondered if anyone else had this? I've been on immunosuppressants since 2013...Gilenya, Alemtuzumab and now Ocrelizumab.
Would be really grateful to hear if anyone else had experienced a recurrence of EBV?

Not sure if I have EBV But I get recurrent fever doesnt respond to any drug I get hospitilise and it continue getting higher non stop for a week nearly then stop by its own but no sore throat no glu symptom Since I was a baby it accur suddenly no solution still no reason known
