Epsom salt baths can reduce inflammation, pain and stress

I have heard by a number if people people that bathing in Epsom salt is good for people with MS. Doctors have subscribed this to patients, so I was wondering whether this could help us too. I saw this interesting video on YouTube, check it out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0B0N_NR0RCA&feature=youtube_gdata_player And let me know your thoughts. Espom salt can be purchased in the chemist.

there may be some benefits here, however, I am an MS sufferer and I find that the heat of a bath causes me to become severely weakened, making my legs turn to jelly. Having a bath simply isnt worth the pain afterwords. does anyone else experience this?

I had heard that in the days before MRI scans and lumbar punctures the preference of a shower over a bath was taken as an indicator of MS. Give me a showerevery time!
