Icy Cold Sensation down my face

Hi there, Just sitting at work at my desk tonight and had a really strange sensation like a glass of lce water was poured doen the left side of my face! From just under my eye, down my cheek to my jaw- only lasted about 5 minutes or so but now my face is all pins and needly and my left hand is really pulsing with hot pins and needles. Normally my hands feet and knees are on constant rotation of tingles but this is different. Im waiting on diagnosis at this point in time, I have my lumbar puncture in 2 days so this is all waiting game for now. Anyone else felt this kind of thing?

@orlando27 in not on anything yet as im awaiting diagnosis i wont see my neurologist until mid may now :( all around my lips and mouth is also cold and tingling. This is what im worried about, lasting damage occuring while im waiting like a sitting duck. Its so scary all the waiting involved!! atleast i have the lumbar puncture soon. Thank you :)

@orlando27 il see if i can make an appointment with my GP. My neurologist is on leave until mid may but when im at the hospital having teh lumbar puncture il check in and see the dates hes gone so i can try get the earliest appointment i can when hes back for my results. Just not happy about all the waiting im definatly a now person :)
